They Make It Fresh, They Make It Local
The Brownie Lounge was started by siblings Bob and Catie in 2015. They were raised on homemade and fresh and have been baking since they were old enough to hold a whisk. Thier brownies in very large batches every day using free range whole eggs, unbleached flours, whole milk, cane sugar, natural fruits and flavorings, and local and organic ingredients.
The duo proudly uses Maple View Farms milk and ice cream, free-range NC eggs, NC-milled flour, products from Chatham Hill Winery and Fullsteam brewery and North Carolina-grown strawberries, peaches and herbs. And they are delighted to serve Smokie Joe’s mountain coffee.
